​CWEF is turning 50! Join us for a vibrant celebration honoring five decades of advancing economic empowerment, education, and leadership for women and their families. Founded in 1976, CWEF’s legacy will come to life in a groovy 1970s-themed gala—a tribute to the era that sparked our mission. This milestone event will celebrate our journey, recognize the changemakers who shaped it, and inspire the next generation of leaders. Expect an unforgettable evening of reflection, recognition, and retro flair as we look ahead to the future.

Let’s Groove Back to 1976!

CWEF was founded in the heart of the 1970s—and we’re bringing the decade back to life for our 50th Anniversary Gala! We invite all guests to embrace the spirit of the era with 1970s-themed attire. Think bold prints, bell bottoms, disco glam, and vintage flair. Whether you channel Studio 54 or classic boho chic, your outfit will help set the tone for a night of celebration, nostalgia, and empowerment. Let’s honor our roots and party like it’s 1976!  

 

Parking: We suggest guests use the lot across from Upper Larimer which is $5 for the evening.  There is also street parking in the area.
